In response to the specific needs of communities we collaborated with Police and Government agencies to design a proprietary background screening web application that empowers Canadian organizations, employers, employees and volunteers with secure access to their data.

How citizens use Front Counter

  1. Select the background searches you require from your community website
  2. Automatically receive a consent request via email
  3. Verify your ID online
  4. Once complete, results are returned to you by email or SMS
  5. Store results in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet to share with employers and/or organizations

How organizations use Front Counter

  1. Create a dedicated landing page on your website
  2. Citizens or visitors access the page—either directly or by being directed there
  3. The service can be preselected by the organization or chosen by the individual user
  4. Front Counter completes the requested search
  5. Results are saved and can be shared and verified using a unique code
